Wishing you a great year end, I am devoting to anybody interested an EnhancedYoga session of total body workout, inspired to strength, balance and mobility. Despite being only 20 minutes, it is hard and may enjure anybody not performing the right movements.
I am studying to correct my style and finalize my project. My asanas need to be improved. I have always been practising sports and I am practising yoga since one year now. I follow the most famous teachers on the web.
